We're EXCITED to welcome our friend, chef Chris Cosentino, into Publican Anker next month to celebrate the release of his latest book, "Offal Good: Cooking from the Heart, with Guts."
 

Join us Tuesday, October 3 from 5:30 p.m. until close for a full-on dinner takeover featuring dishes from the book, as well as menu favorites from Chris' west-coast restaurants - Cockscomb, JackRabbit and Acacia House. sea urchin, radish, radish green pesto + lardo bruschetta  
kohlrabi, breadcrumbs + lemon anchovy vinaigrette
berber roasted carrots + dates with labneh and macron almonds
grilled cheese with duck eggs, bitter honey + truffles
duck-fat roasted cauliflower with garlic, caper, chili + mint

lamb spleen bruschetta
pig's head with snails, watercress + horseradish

calves brains, bacon + chanterelles on toast
